Terms
The short version: pay the amount shown, list your Pokémon at exactly that amount, and we buy the listing. The details are below.
Who we are
Poketwo.store is an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Pokétwo, Discord, Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. Pokécoins are delivered by our Pokétwo account buying a listing you create on Pokétwo's public market.
Orders
- Orders are from 10M to 1,000M Pokécoins. The price is shown at checkout before you pay, and includes any volume, level, event or code discount.
- Send exactly the amount shown, to the address shown. The price recorded by our server is the one that applies if the two ever differ.
- An order is placed when you submit it with a Market ID, and accepted when we confirm the payment.
- We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a payment does not arrive, looks fraudulent, or stock runs out. Anything paid for a cancelled order is returned in full.

Delivery is described in Delivery & refunds. Times are typical, not guaranteed.
Pokétwo's own rules
Pokétwo runs its bot and market under its own rules, which it can change. How you use Pokétwo is between you and Pokétwo, and we cannot change or guarantee any decision Pokétwo makes about an account.
Events, codes and rewards
- Event codes can be used once per account, only while the event runs, and only on orders that meet the code's conditions (for example a first order, or a minimum size). They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- XP is earned when an order is delivered. Level rewards, badges and events can change or end; rewards that depend on stock, such as spawn-server invites, are subject to availability.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself; one account per person. We can suspend an account used for fraud, chargebacks on delivered orders, abuse of codes or harassment.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by Pokétwo, Discord, payment providers or outages outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when they were placed.
